Steel Structures & Assembly

Metsi Group’s plants in Ukraine and Estonia offer versatile, cost-effective surface-treated steel structures for several different industries across Europe. The automated beam welding line enables the production of beams up to 21 meters long. The production facilities of Metsi’s Ukrainian plant comprise 22,000 square meters and its annual production capacity for steel structures is 18,000 tons. The Ukrainian plant focuses on heavy steel structures and machine and equipment manufacturing structures. Up-to-date certificates enable us to manufacture bridge elements in addition to steel structures.

The Ukrainian plant is equipped with the most modern production equipment, which is supplied by the world’s leading machine manufacturers (ESAB, Peddinghaus, MG, Promotech, Sci Teex, GEKA, JZ-40, Kemppi Oy, etc.). Many of our production devices are automated, which makes the production of very heavy steel structures possible, including e.g., load-bearing truss structures of bridges.
